Inside a Fibre Clay Planter Pot Factory: A Daily Look at Our Craftsmanship
Every durable planter begins with disciplined preparation, skilled hands, and careful finishing. Here is a closer look at a normal day inside Garden Asian, a professional fibre clay planter pot factory serving wholesale, retail, and landscaping customers.
Garden Asian develops and manufactures modern fibre clay planters, magnesium oxide planters, and fiberglass reinforced garden pots for projects around the world. Our factory workflow is designed to protect strength, surface quality, and consistency from the first batch of material to the final packed product.
1. Mixing and Material Distribution
We start by mixing magnesium oxide, fiberglass, and stone powder into a carefully controlled composite material. Each batch must be prepared and used within a specific working time so the chemical reaction can develop correctly. Accurate weighing, thorough mixing, and fast material distribution help every planter achieve reliable structure and stable quality.
2. Hand Forming and Demoulding
Next, workers build the planter layer by layer. Professional handcraft workers press and paste each layer into the mould, paying special attention to corners, rims, and edges. Fiberglass sheets must be positioned correctly. If the reinforcement is pasted incorrectly, the planter can become weak and break easily. After curing, careful demoulding protects the shape and fine details.
3. Grinding and Hand Repair
Once the planter is released from its mould, our finishing team grinds every corner and checks the entire surface. Small flaws and defects are repaired by hand, then smoothed again until the profile feels even. This detailed step gives our outdoor planters a clean, refined appearance and prepares the surface for a durable paint system.
4. Painting and Packing
Our three-stage coating process is made for long-lasting use. The first coat is an isolation primer, the second is the base colour, and the third adds water resistance and scratch protection. We use strong 2K acrylic paint because it delivers an excellent finish for garden pots and landscaping planters. Finally, products are packed according to each customer’s requirements, ready for wholesale distribution, retail display, or landscaping projects.
