A Day Inside Our Fiber Clay Planter Factory
From carefully opening the molds to securely loading each shipping container, discover the practical work behind every finished planter.
OUR DAILY PRODUCTION PROCESS
STEP 01 / FORMING WORKSHOP
Demolding: The Shape Takes Form
Our day starts in the forming workshop, where workers carefully release cured fiber clay pots from their molds. Each planter is checked for its overall shape, rim, and edges. Gentle demolding helps protect the surface and gives the team a clear starting point for hand finishing. Different silhouettes, from round bowls to tall cylinders, require the same steady attention before leaving this workshop.
STEP 02 / HAND FINISHING
Sanding & Surface Repair
Next, our finishing team sands the rims, smooths mold seams, and refines the outer surface. Small pinholes or uneven areas are filled by hand, then blended and sanded again after drying.
This patient work creates a clean foundation for consistent color and texture. This is also where slight variations are corrected without losing the planter's intended handmade character.
STEP 03 / FINISHING WORKSHOP
Spray Painting & Finish Checks
In the spray area, workers apply the specified finish with attention to even coverage, color, and texture. Painted planters are left to dry before the team checks their appearance.
A consistent finish helps each collection look coordinated when displayed at garden centers or project sites.
Whether the order calls for a smooth matte look or a stone-inspired texture, consistency remains our priority.
STEPS 04–05 / EXPORT PREPARATION
Packing & Container Loading
After inspection, finished pots are wrapped and cushioned according to the packing plan. Our team checks model labels, quantities, and protective materials before moving the order to the loading area.
Finally, cartons or protected pallets are positioned inside the container with care for stability and transport protection. For wholesale customers, these last steps are essential to receiving planters ready for retail display and landscaping projects. Small details in this area can make a difference after a long international journey.
